如果明星賽的獎勵 可以增加球員未來簽約的頂薪上限
這樣有搞頭嗎?
例如這個球員下一個合約可以簽35%頂薪
如果參加一次明星賽獲勝 可以加1%
下一個合約變成最高上限可以到36%
如果是灌籃大賽冠軍或三分大賽冠軍 可以加3%之類
因為可以進明星賽的 未來都可能可以簽頂薪合約
如果贏球可以增加頂薪上限
這樣明星賽大家就會認真打 認真防守了吧
這個想法是不是比較實際?
