The Implementation Specialist will act as the primary client liaison and
be responsible for new ChannelAdvisor software launches. During the new client
launch phase, you will provide the necessary software application training,
coordination, and support to clients. Additionally, you will provide solutions
to clients according to customer needs.
Essential Job Functions：
Complete the training projects assigned by the Manager and act as the
primary client point of contact during the launch phase.
Deliver predefined training sessions to client user group(s) using established
training methodology customized to meet specific customer needs.
Assist customers with configuration and troubleshooting during their
implementation.
Assist the ChannelAdvisor Product Team and clients with the training and
test for product features and enhancements.
Understand and excavate customer needs, and propose some feasible solutions
according to customer needs.
Develop planned and optimized plans at the later stage of the training to
enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Analyze the current status of clients, develop and collect valid data, and
propose optimization solution.
Complete daily work report.
Requirements：
Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience in the software/
ecommerce industry.
Expertise in ecommerce marketplaces (eBay or Amazon or AliExpress) or paid
search SEM (Google Adwords, Google Shopping) a strong plus.
Experience with remote based training tools (WebEx, Goto Meeting).
Expertise in software training a strong plus.
Strong oral and written communication skills; the ability to communicate
technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Good English ability in writing and reading, and be able to finish the
English learning material.
The ability to adapt and effectively handle and adjust to changes in
priorities and assignments.
Expertise in ChannelAdvisor applications a strong plus.
Having work experience in foreign company a plus.

The Junior Implementation Specialist will act as the primary client liaison

Strong working knowledge of HTML a plus.

Data Analyst

ChannelAdvisor is seeking a Data Analyst to assist our Implementation Specialist
to smooth the migration from one marketplace to another. This position is
located in our Shanghai office.
The Data Analyst will review, analyze, and evaluate customer’s data and also
set up the system. The Analyst focuses on meeting strict deadlines with the
highest expectations for the end customer.
Responsibilities:
Extensive use of Excel to create category and attribute maps for Amazon,
eBay, Sears and other marketplaces.
Assist in complex software set-up, deployment and post deployment support/
operation.
Review client’s data to ensure it complies with each marketplace’s policy.
Improve data quality for better search optimization.
Required skills:
1-2 years demonstrated success in statistical/research, consultative or
analyst roles a strong plus
Basic understanding of current marketing and digital marketing trends,
client insight and measurement industry developments
Experience working in an eCommerce environment supporting a high volume of
work requests a plus
The ability to communicate technical information to both technical and
non-technical audiences
Basic understanding of Amazon, eBay and other online marketplaces a plus
Proficient with MS Excel
Proficiency in the English language is required
Experience with data interpretation and data management
Strong personal drive and motivation; entrepreneurial and excellent at
time management
