2. Responsible for managing overall manufacturing activities in his or her

projects.
4. Make recommendations to upper management.
5. Provide support for higher members of management.

1. Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with
customers
2. Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share
and in person meetings
3. Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of product
4. Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new
clients and developing existing client relationships
5. Must calculate or integrate complicated pricing, shipping and volume
parameters
