更新幾個小問題
CHC必定加入統一戰線問題目前處理方法-
把選項a和選項b的內容互換,裝作沒發現過這件事。
國府工業搬遷事件發生後讀檔IC增加bug-
從工業搬遷省分的IC預設值歸零,給國府玩家一個最嚴厲的教訓。
只要找到ai的弱點,nv模式下一樣可以落日。

德國可能當機問題-解法:把綠色字刪掉就沒事了
支援佛朗哥事件(2023)的選項a。
讓ai的德國跑是沒問題,可是玩家只要滑鼠靠過去選項a,
就算你還沒點下去也會馬上CTD。滑鼠完全繞過a去選b就沒問題。
