小的目前為美專新手
目前收到人生第一份advisory action(以下稱AA)
想請教版上各位先進
狀況如下：
1. 在AA第一頁第一行有寫"The reply filed......fails to place this applicatio
n in condition of allowance."
2. 在Amendment(s)標題下，勾選以下選項：
"For purpose of appeal, the proposed amendment: (b)will be entered, ......
3. 在Request for reconsideration/other標題下，勾選以下選項：
"the request for reconsideration has been considered but does not place
the application in condition for allowance"
看到這邊，我以為是審委不會考慮核准此案，除非我為了提appeal做相對應修正
但在看到下面，Status od claims標題下，在claim(s) allowed的部分又表示
此案請求項1-15(即目前修正後的全部請求項)都是allowed
並且在下一頁寫說：
"Applicants' amendments overcome the previous rejections. However, the
specification needs to be amended in a similar manner. ......(以下略)"
想請問的是，
審委的意思是，如果我對說明書內容作修正後，
此案便可獲准？
或是此次修正後仍需要提appeal(或RCE、延續案..)？
另外，此份AA是在FOA後的3個月內收到，但已接近FOA的指定期限(只剩四天就到期了><)
如果來不及針對此份AA作回應，是否需要提petition延期？
或是之後提出amendment並繳延期費就好？
針對延期的petetion是否有專用的form呢？
