▌ 節目介紹 《Hit the Stage》為一檔由韓流明星與職業舞者組成一隊，
與其他隊伍展開舞蹈對決的節目。
每集節目都將規定不同的主題並邀請不同的明星，而明星們將與街舞、體育
舞蹈、現代舞等不同領域的職業舞者們組成不同的隊伍展示各自的舞台
，並根據評審團的投票來決定排名。
