在台灣, 掛什麼還不知道, 還只是派遣

: 雖然目前應徵人數是0人, 如果之後有很多人投遞其實我也不會意外
: 只是有時候我在想, 台灣就業市場真的那麼邊緣化嗎?
: 相信以這樣的條件的人才, 如果不是因為外商在台HC限制
: 這種人才大可以在一般公司做正式職員, 甚至管理職
: 對這個現象多少有點無奈
: 另外這種缺不知道有沒有個60-70k, 不然只想用40-50k的話
: 應該會找不到人吧
