因為ASE不是啥小公司, 標準台商一個, 一定有錢請外面. 再來這職缺是標準104/1111
真要找根本也不對族群, 但為什麼JD長這樣, 極高機率又是東抄西抄來的一份
畢竟也確實要做那些東西, 也沒唬爛你, 這在數字銀行是常發生的
比較大的問題就是寫成這樣, 會讓一些沒經歷過的但有概念的人, 會出現回文與推文裡面
的想像, 對這份文字的想像沒錯, 但需要配合是在什麼公司文化裡, 我敢說極可能想高了
但這種方法有一個好處就是藉由這些方式還是可以吸到一堆平均水準以上的人才, 最後
挑一個比較和他們文化口味的, 為何寫英文? 因為這些玩意兒就是西方文化, 所以可能
不用想像裡面是一堆MBB或IB高手, 或是啥高階的位置
反而可能是一個強勢, 但符合他們文化需求的主管帶著你們做routine的事, 服務管理層
然後工作範圍廣義上符合這份JD的描述
至於人脈還有$? 我認為po 104/1111就可以找到這種金字塔頂人才的話, 人資應該也瘋了
ASE管理層自然背後有其方式去運作資金, 找錢, 還有產業策略的決定, 而這樣的團隊
極高機率就是服務他們或其家族股東的內部需求
