EIJING (Reuters) - China’s foreign ministry said on Wednesday that the United States was to blame for flip-flopping in bilateral trade negotiations over the past year, after comments from U.S. President Donald Trump warning Beijing against stalling talks. Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying made the remarks during a daily press briefing. Top U.S. and Chinese trade negotiators concluded their latest round of trade negotiations in Shanghai earlier on Wednesday.

態度反復（flip-flopping，髮夾彎的意思？）
而美國Future Indices現在是小漲的。或許大家對於降息更樂觀了。
有沒有可能，這次談判雙方本來就沒要談妥什麼，只是做做樣子各取所需。
川普要的是「降息的理由」，習近平要的是「對抗的理由」。
然後台灣自由行立刻被終止，總覺得這中間有戲，台灣也是談判內容嗎？
