食大客是前段時間竄起的平價牛排店，
時常可以在FB上看到有人打卡發表圖片，
讓愛吃排餐的樂活團員們相當有興趣，
於是挑了一天比較晚的時刻來嚐看看。
店外就是料理區，大家可以看到自己的牛排在火上炙燒的樣子

肉質的結締組織比較少，吃起來是比較軟嫩；
但油脂相對也比較少，香氣沒有上頭的嫩肩優秀

看起來比一般的雞腿排要薄，可能是醃過的關係
