Failure Analysis / Product Quality Engineer I
【工作內容】
The individual will be responsible for performing failure analysis on customer
returns for a specific product or group of products. Troubleshooting from
system level to component level. Interfacing with design, firmware, process,
product, test and reliability engineering to solve problems. Providing feedback
and clarifies issues to customers.
The ideal candidate will have an engineering BS or MS degree.
Excellent English comprehension (written and verbal). A proven desire to work
as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team. Ability to
troubleshoot and analyze complex problems. Ability to multi-task and meet
deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
【徵求條件】
- Graduated in 2015 is preferred (NCG, engineering background with BS or MS degree)
- None or less than 2 years of work experience
- Excellent English comprehension (written and verbal)
- A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working experience on Flash memory field is preferred
