USCIS has determined that the approval of a permanent labor certification
or the filing of a preference petition shall not be a basis for denying
classification as an O-1 or O-3 dependent.
提及的是 filing of a preference petition 也就是 I-140
由於 O-1 申請時間似乎比 consular processing 拿到綠卡的時間好掌握一點
請問若要儘早入職是否選擇申請 O-1，暫緩送出 DS-260
改拿到 O-1 入境後再 file I-485 或 DS-260 比較穩妥?
