有一個客人，
平常交易都是用FOB
之前有一張單出錯貨，
客人同意再下一張新單、出正確的貨給他
因為前次出錯貨，
這張新單由我方負擔運費，
所以我們出口的時候INVOICE寫CIF(貨的單價還是FOB價)
前幾天接到客人的信，說貨到港了、他的broker要清關
因為是CIF term，需要我們提供:
(1) 運費的收據
(2) 保險費的收據
不然就會以FOB清關
下面是客戶轉寄他broker的信原文
"Commercial documents are showing Incoterms are CIF, and BOL is showing that
FREIGH PREPAID.
In order to make deduction of freight and insurance cost from the total Invoice
value, the following documents should be provided:
*receipt/ invoice for the Steamship line or the NVOCC to show freight cost;
*receipt from Insurance company to show insurance premium
Otherwise, the shipment will be cleared as FOB.
之前有別的美國客戶也是CIF出口，沒有被要過這兩樣文件
覺得疑惑，是我方付運費跟保險費，
為什麼他那邊清關還需要我們這邊的收據?
這樣是正常的嗎?
