【工作內容】
主要是協助招募業務
1.Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
2.Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, and
online channels, etc
3.Developing job descriptions and specifications
【徵求條件】
1. 1+yr of recruiting experience, BD/MKT or software related experience is a
plus
2. Solid ability to approach candidates and cook dedicated candidate pool
3. Hands on experience with various selection processes
4. Good at English Communication, second foreign language experience is a plus
5. Startup experience is a plus
