《異形第五集》正式確定＂完全胎死腹中＂，看導演怎麼說

《第九禁區》、《極樂世界》和《成人世界》的導演 Neill Blomkamp，原本負責異形第
五集的拍攝，也公開了許多概念藝術照，造成極大的迴響，不過異形系列生父雷利史考特
前陣子否定第五集，加上網路也越來越少有相關消息，使得許多人已經認定是不會有這部
電影。
今天異形粉絲們可能更要失望了，The Verge 訪問了 Neill Blomkamp 相關的消息，導演
說到＂I think it's totally dead, yes. That would be an accurate assumption at
this point. It's sad. I spent a long time working on that, and I feel like it
was really pretty awesome. But politically, the way it's gone now, and the way
that it all is — it's just not going to live."
裡面最大的重點是他提到因為政治問題才會取消，而且導演很難過，因為他已經花很多時
間在這電影的策畫上。The Verge 再度問到關於政治的字眼是否指工作室之間的政治，導
演也回答到
＂Yeah. Ridley [Scott] was one of my idols growing up. He's so talented and he
's made this film that really set me off in a direction. I want to just be as
respectful and not go stamping around in this world that he created. I think t
hat if the circumstances were different, and I didn't feel like I was getting
too close to something that he obviously feels a massive personal connection t
o, that things that may have played out differently. But I did want to be as r
espectful as possible.＂。
