今天晚上公告，南非鎖國延長到四月底。
主要是怕三個禮拜的鎖國防疫工作功虧一簣，世界各國的疫情都很不樂觀，南非的專家也
認我們還不到疫情高峰，若下禮拜就解除，恐引起大規模感染。
另外總統宣布包含總統、副總統、各部會首長副首長本月開始減薪三分之一，所得捐到國
家的救災基金。
記者會演說稿節錄:
Fellow South Africans,
This evening, I stand before you to ask you to endure even longer.
I have to ask you to make even greater sacrifices so that our country may
survive this crisis and so that tens of thousands of lives may be saved.
After careful consideration of the available evidence, the National
Coronavirus Command Council has decided to extend the nation-wide lockdown by
a further two weeks beyond the initial 21 days.
This means that most of the existing lockdown measures will remain in
force until the end of April.
