看到大家的災情通報
查了一下信箱目前是沒收到任何信
上官網 機票的狀態也還是confirmed
因為下星期二就要飛了 太多不確定想說乾脆取消算了
試點了一下取消
竟然是全額refund
請問有人有取消的經驗嗎?
開票時記得refund要300美元的

都要取消了建議打客服比較能釐清相關問題喔

客服說只能在官網refund, 他們看不到bug票的票規, 並建議出發前再打電話確認已取消, 避免變noshow.
