without calcification” MICROSCOPE Microscopically section A shows a
mucocele-like lesion with focal atypical ductal hyperplasia and
microcalcifications. However some worrisome features such as mucin
extravasation is seen. More severe lesion such as ductal carcinoma in situ or
invasive carcinoma with mucin production cannot be excluded. Please correlate
with image studies. Section B shows benign breast tissue with one dilated
cyst. Otherwise it is unremarkable.

請問是否還要外科手術切除較大範圍化驗?
