The EDA Rhinos have sent three professional baseball players to Queensland to
join the Brisbane Bandits, proudly presented by WellDog, as they compete for
the Claxton Shield this season. Pitcher Chen-Hua Lin, pitcher Szu-Han Huang
and catcher Kuan-Wei Yang will help add depth to the Bandits pitching staff and lineup.
義大犀牛送出三位選手前往昆士蘭，加入由WellDog贊助的布里斯本拍狼隊，並在本季爭奪Claxton盾的頭銜。
投手林晨樺、黃思漢，及捕手陽冠威將會增加拍狼隊的投手及打線深度。

Claxton Shield是澳洲棒球的最高頭銜，歷史悠久沿革也很複雜，

Coming off of a 2-2 series split at AFA Stadium at Holloway Field against the SA Power Networks
Adelaide Bite, Lin, Huang, and Yang will join the team this week for their road trip to Melbourne
to take on the Aces.
經過與阿德雷德咬咬隊兩勝兩敗的系列對戰後，
林、王、陽三人將會在本周加入隊伍前往墨爾本的客場之旅，
面對ACE隊。
Chen-Hua Lin is a 25-year-old, right handed starting pitcher from the EDA Rhinos who has
played professional baseball since 2012. In 2013, Lin led the league in wins with fifteen.
In 2009, Lin appeared in the World Port Tournament, taking to the mound for a record tying
five appearances. During the tournament, he had one save and only four hits in seven total
innings. He comes to the Bandits with an impressive arsenal of pitches including a sinker,
slider, forkball, changeup and fastball.
二十五歲的林晨樺，右投手，2012年開始職業生涯。
2013年以15勝拿下聯盟勝投王。
2009年在港口杯留下平紀錄的五出賽。並且拿下一救援，在七局投球中僅只被打四支安打。
他帶來給人印象深刻的球種軍火庫來到拍狼隊，包括伸卡、滑球、指叉、變速與速球。
Szu-Han Huang, a 24-year-old right-handed middle reliever, was a fifth round draft pick
of the EDA Rhinos in 2014. The righty will help add depth to the Bandits pitching staff and
seal wins in the late innings.
黃思漢，二十四歲的中繼右投手，是EDA2014年第五輪的指名選秀。
這右投手將帶給拍狼隊牛棚深度及封鎖球賽後半的領先。
Kuan-Wei Yang is a position player from the Rhinos who can be utilised as a catcher,
third baseman and first baseman. Yang was the starting catcher for Taiwan in the 2011
World Port Tournament, amassing a .394 batting average and throwing out all eight of the
runners who tried to steal on him.
陽冠威是EDA多功能的野手，可以擔任捕手、三壘手、及一壘手。
他也是2011年港口杯台灣的主戰捕手，留下.394的打擊率，
並且阻殺所有嘗試盜壘的八個跑者。
Bandits CEO, Mark Ready, is happy to have Lin, Huang and Yang on the Bandits and looks forward
to what they can contribute to the team.
"It's exciting to embark on a new partnership with the EDA Rhinos from Taiwan. Having long term
friends from Taiwan, I'm extremely pleased to now be hosting some of their top line players and
staff. We want to bring Brisbane to Taiwan and this is the first step," said Ready.

Each member of the EDA Rhinos coming to Brisbane is bringing with them a passion for the game
of baseball and a high skill set. Each player will travel with the team this week as they head
to Melbourne to take on the Aces. The first game is set for Friday 7th, November at 8:35 PM and
can be viewed live at Brisbane Bandits Brothers Sports Club.
