父啊！求祢光榮祢的子
福音：若十七1-11
那時候，耶穌舉目向天說：
「父啊！時辰來到了，求你光榮你的子，好叫子也光榮你：
因為你賜給了祂權柄掌管凡有血肉的人，
是為叫他將永生賜給一切你所賜給他的人。
永生就是：認識你，唯一的真天主，和你所派遣來的耶穌基督。
我在地上，已光榮了你，完成了你委託我所作的工作。
父啊！現在，在你面前光榮我罷！
賜給我在世界未有以前，我在你前所有的光榮罷！」
「我將你的名，已顯示給那些你由世界中所賜給我的人。
他們原屬於你，你把他們托給了我，他們也遵守了你的話。
現在，他們已知道：凡你賜給我的，都是由你而來的，
因為你所授給我的話，我都傳給了他們；
他們也接受了，也確實知道我是出於你，並且相信是你派遣了我。
我為他們祈求，不為世界祈求，
只為你賜給我的人祈求，因為他們原是屬於你的。
我的一切都是你的，你的一切都是我的：我因他們已受到了光榮。
從今以後，我不在世界上了，但他們仍在世界上，我卻到你那裏去。
聖父啊！求你因你的名，保全那些你所賜給我的人，
使他們合而為一，正如我們一樣。」
反省
時候到了，耶穌以服從來光榮天父，也要求父繼續光榮祂。
因此，我們也能學習耶穌一樣服從。
天父的旨意首先透過日常生活而來，每個人有其身分和隨之而來的職責。
但不是每個責任都讓我們樂意完成的，
有些像舉手之勞，也有些像背負十字架一樣的痛苦。
耶穌深知我們的軟弱，也知道世界給我們的挑戰和誘惑，
因此祂也常常為我們祈求各種助佑。
你有什麼難以承擔的責任，或很不願意服從的事情，
而需要耶穌幫助你的呢？你希望祂為你祈求什麼？

Gospel JN 17:1-11A
Jesus raised his eyes to heaven and said,
“Father, the hour has come.
Give glory to your son, so that your son may glorify you,
just as you gave him authority over all people,
so that your son may give eternal life to all you gave him.
Now this is eternal life,
that they should know you, the only true God,
and the one whom you sent, Jesus Christ.
I glorified you on earth
by accomplishing the work that you gave me to do.
Now glorify me, Father, with you,
with the glory that I had with you before the world began.
“I revealed your name to those whom you gave me out of the world.
They belonged to you, and you gave them to me,
and they have kept your word.
Now they know that everything you gave me is from you,
because the words you gave to me I have given to them,
and they accepted them and truly understood that I came from you,
and they have believed that you sent me.
I pray for them.
I do not pray for the world but for the ones you have given me,
because they are yours, and everything of mine is yours
and everything of yours is mine,
and I have been glorified in them.
And now I will no longer be in the world,
but they are in the world, while I am coming to you.”
