小弟上網查了一下，在世界主教會議之前所發表、用來引導討論與會議進行的「
工作文件」（Instrumentum Laboris，IL）似乎有些問題，甚至不少地方需要駁
斥。

底下這篇有非常多重量級人士署名支持（其中我最熟知的是專精自然法的牛津大
學教授 John Finnis），標題為「請求」（An Appeal），主要在駁斥 IL 第
137 段關於良心與道德律之關係的部分：

In relation to the rich content of Humanae Vitae and the issues it
treats, two principal points emerge which always need to be brought
together. One element is the role of conscience as understood to be
God's voice resounding in the human heart which is trained to listen.
The other is an objective moral norm which does not permit
considering the act of generation a reality to be decided arbitrarily,
irrespective of the divine plan of human procreation. A person's
over-emphasizing the subjective aspect runs the risk of easily making
selfish choices. An over-emphasis on the other results in seeing the
moral norm as an insupportable burden and unresponsive to a person's
needs and resources. Combining the two, under the regular guidance of
a competent spiritual guide, will help married people make choices
which are humanly fulfilling and ones which conform to God's will.
「請求」的開頭第二段即陳明：「作為天主教道德神學家與哲學家，我們在道德
上感到有義務應大聲反對文件的第 137 段，因其隱含對天主教教導的扭曲。若
這段被主教會議所支持，工作文件中有缺陷的文字將導致信友的混淆。第 137 段
應被移除，由更清楚說明良心意義的段落所取代，而這段落應讚賞《人類生命》
通諭（Humanae Vitae）所呈現的智慧與美好，並可幫助夫婦們感謝天主所賜給他
們的性的禮物，以活出天主的計劃。」
為了幫助 2014-15 年所舉行、以家庭為主題的世界主教（非常規與常規）會議，
多個支持生命與家庭的機構所組成的「家庭之聲」（Voice of the Family），
詳盡解析 IL 後給予如下結論：「這份工作文件威脅了天主教訓導關於婚姻、家
庭和性的整個架構。」（the instrumentum laboris ... threatens the entire
structure of Catholic teaching on marriage, the family and human
sexuality.）

底下這篇文章描述了幾個在這本書中所述，來自於由方濟各教宗所冊封為樞機的主
教會議秘書長 Lorenzo Baldisseri 樞機主教操控 2014 非常規會議的手法：

其中包括：
- 主教會議秘書處邀請「若望保祿二世婚姻與家庭研究所」與一些羅馬教廷單位，
推薦一些來參與會議的專家名單。結果這些被推薦的專業人士，沒有一個被受邀
參與。原來秘書處的意圖在於排除那些所謂的「保守派」人士，僅保留那些所謂
的「進步派」人士。
- 一些樞機主教反應會議的後期與結束文件內容，並非忠實反映會議中主教的意
見，有些甚至完全偏離原意。還有主教說，當局向他們說那內容是會議中某主教
說的，但問題是其實根本沒有人這樣說過，甚至那主題也沒有被討論過。
- 關於一本作者包含了五位樞機主教的書，原本被大量寄送給會議主教看，結果被
Baldisseri 樞機主教查禁，說這個寄送「並不妥適」（詳情可參考前幾篇
#1M4mt9o0）
- Baldisseri 自己接受媒體的訪問，說天主教關於婚姻的教義應「有所更新」，
且就算看法和「一般教義」不同，也不應受到詆毀。他表示教義可以「演進」，
而這不算「更改」。他指的就是前幾篇 #1M4mt9o0 裡面所述 Kasper 樞機主教
的提議。
