With today marking the 15th anniversary of Roman Abramovich becoming
Chelsea owner, the official website recalls the trophy triumphs over the
past decade and a half…

Success at Chelsea under the ownership of Roman Abramovich has been a
constant theme. Since he bought the club in the summer of 2003, Blues
supporters have never had it so good.
自從阿布拉莫維奇成為老闆之後，切爾西收穫了各種成功。在他2003年夏天接手俱樂
部之前，藍軍球迷從未感覺如此美妙。
Five Premier League titles, five FA Cups, three League Cups and two
European trophies, including the Champions League, is undoubtedly a haul
of which to be proud. The fact that in the past 15 years, Chelsea is the
club in England that has won the most major trophies only serves to
highlight just how positive his overall impact at Stamford Bridge has
been.
五個英超冠軍、五個足總盃冠軍、三個聯賽盃冠軍、兩個歐戰冠軍，其中包括一次歐

When Mr Abramovich arrived at the club in July 2003, he invested heavily
in the playing squad. British youngsters such as Joe Cole, Wayne Bridge
and Glen Johnson were recruited, alongside big-name foreign stars like
Claude Makelele and Hernan Crespo, and there was a genuine sense of
optimism among fans that we could launch a Premier League title challenge.
當阿布拉莫維奇先生在2003年來到俱樂部時，他主要投資於構建俱樂部陣容。像是喬

The positive feeling was certainly justified and the team, under the
stewardship of Claudio Ranieri, performed extremely well for much of the
campaign, eventually recording our best-ever Premier League finish as
runners-up behind Arsenal. The Gunners had gone through the league
campaign unbeaten but it was the Blues who eliminated them from the
Champions League quarter-finals when Bridge scored a memorable winner on a
wonderful night at Highbury.

There was a managerial change ahead of the 2004/05 season with Jose
Mourinho, fresh from leading Porto to Champions League glory, brought in
to replace Ranieri.

It was a move which paid immediate dividends as the Blues finished as
champions of England for the first time in 50 years, losing just one game
and breaking all manner of records along the way. The League Cup, the
first trophy won under Mr Abramovich's ownership, was secured courtesy of
a dramatic 3-2 win over Liverpool in Cardiff.

Consecutive Premier League titles were achieved a year later in fitting
style when we beat Manchester United, our nearest challengers, 3-0 at
Stamford Bridge to finish top of the pile once more, and although we were
unable to make it three league titles in a row in 2006/07, trophies
continued to arrive, with Didier Drogba's goal ensuring we came out on top
in the first FA Cup final to be played at the redeveloped Wembley, against
the Red Devils. We had also won the League Cup again.

When Mourinho left the club in September 2007, Avram Grant was placed in
charge until the end of a season in which we reached the Champions League
final for the first time, only denied victory by the width of a post in
the eventual shoot-out against Manchester United, who had finished two
points ahead of us at the top of the Premier League.

triumph with a stunning 8-0 win over Wigan Athletic at the Bridge.

A week later, the first domestic Double in our history was achieved,
Drogba's brilliant free-kick won us the FA Cup against Portsmouth.

Ancelotti left the club at the end of the next season, followed first by

the away leg in our Champions League tie against Napoli we never looked
back, with further dramatic victories in the semi-final and final of the
competition, against Barcelona and Bayern Munich respectively. After so
many years of frustration in the tournament, Chelsea were kings of Europe.

Drogba, who had scored the penalty which secured the Champions League, had
maintained his incredible record at Wembley by firing home the winning
goal as we beat Liverpool to win the FA Cup two weeks earlier and the
season goes down as one of the most memorable in our history.

A second consecutive triumph in Europe, this time in the Europa League
under the guidance of Rafa Benitez, followed a year later before Mourinho
made his return to Stamford Bridge. Having guided us to the semi-finals of
the Champions League in his first season back in charge, the following
year mirrored that of his maiden campaign at the club as we won both the
Premier League and League Cup.
連續兩年，藍軍在歐戰賽場有所斬獲，這一次在貝尼特斯執教之下，藍軍贏得歐聯盃

After a frustrating 2015/16, in which Hiddink returned to take charge for
the second half of the season, Antonio Conte was appointed ahead of the
2016/17 campaign and after moving to the top of the table in November, we
remained there until the end of the season.
令人失望的2015/16賽季後半，希丁克再度回歸接手藍軍半個賽季，孔蒂則在2016/17

The title was sealed away at West Bromwich Albion where Michy Batshuayi
came off the bench to score the decisive goal, and we were only denied a
second Double when the 10-man Blues were beaten 2-1 by Arsenal in the FA
Cup final.

The opportunity to put that particular disappointment behind us arrived a
year later when we reached the FA Cup final again, with Mourinho's
Manchester United our opponents.

It proved to be a far more memorable occasion for Chelsea fans than 12
months earlier, with the Blues deservedly winning the competition for the
eighth time in our history thanks to Eden Hazard's penalty.
