上週做完「科技人沙龍」第一集的「參悟空」，聽到導師音檔提到「空」是一種「空即妙
有」的境界。以媛自己的體悟是：經過參悟過程，了解事理的真相和邏輯後，自己知道如
何因應、處理，並且好好落實執行，就能超越原有境象，獲得安適圓滿的結果。也因為看
開了，看穿了，看透了，沒有執著，就不會心隨境轉，不會隨著對方的一舉一動而影響情
緒。反而是調整心性和言行，以更為開放、豁達、安適、自在的心面對做參悟的事件，無
所求地主動做該做的事，做好做足，反而因為更合於天心，更有正向能量和磁場，帶動周
圍人事物往有利的方向演化而得天眷。是一種「空即妙有」的示現。
《金剛經》強調「無相」，做到「無我相、人相、眾生相、壽者相」，並非要離開了我、
人、眾生、壽者才沒有相，而是不執著在人相、我相、眾生相、壽者相上面，就是所謂的
「在相離相」。《金剛經》講空，說明世間沒有不變、常住性的東西，沒有不依因緣獨立
存在的東西，有就是無，無也是有。種子慢慢生長，開花，花開了，待花落之後，「化做
春泥更護花」；結了果，果熟，成為鳥獸的食物，或是落地，果肉腐爛，種子就隨之傳播
，等待新生。「有」和「無」，同在一個圓上，起點，也是終點。因此，空，是宇宙本體
，是人生的根本，是「有」和「無」同在。沒有了執著，一切豁然開朗。
