今天「太陽靈驗轉運法」南港小群共振時段中，以媛對於玉娟的分享心有戚戚焉，因為自
己從資通訊研究法人退休，非常知道一個公司的MIS部門，甚至功能範疇擴及全公司資通
訊系統平台的服務是多麼的複雜；還需要作出與時俱進接軌未來趨勢的發展策略，任何一
個決定都會牽動現有系統的模組，必須很快做出相應的調整，還不能影響目前各部門正在
使用的日常作業系統。主事者需要非常了解不同版本系統發展的歷程和前後系統設計的邏
輯。因應未來商業模式變遷及資通訊科技變化的趨勢，現有系統如何接軌外購的新型解決
方案，甚至整個系統平台架構都要重組等等，絕對是牽一髮動全身。難怪玉娟感受到工作
上龐大的壓力，如果沒有直接主管精神面的支持和資源上的挹注，立刻會感到窒礙難行，
工作不順。
好在玉娟知道運用超碼方法，反求諸己，懺悔和過去主管及同仁共事期間的所做所為，以
及目前主管的相處互動模式，同時也用轉念等方法，調整情緒及應對方式。最重要的是想
通了目前主管「弱化」玉娟的角色，代表工作責任的減輕，未嘗不是天地安排的一個下台
階，可以有較多時間留給家人及超碼系統。這種「想通」是因為縮小了「我執」，不再將
公司資訊系統發展和自己長年投入的貢獻畫上等號，「我」一放下就豁然開朗，反而得到
不求自來的責任減輕，工作、家庭和超碼三者可以兼顧。

1. 感恩語炘在小群分享時提出自己的了悟，在做懺悔發願心法時，除了和當事人對方
做點對點懺悔，找到問題根由外，還需要和當時的情緒或心理上、精神面的反應做檢視和
懺悔，才能解除自己身心負面反應的不良影響，避免未來類似事件發生時的同樣負面情緒
再度襲擊。以媛的經驗是做太陽心法時，再請太陽公公的金光燒掉懺悔事件相關的不良情
緒和負面態度，也是有效的方法。
