第幾天了\(‵▽′)>: D17
早餐: 4 pieces of toast + long black + fish oil+ grape seed
午餐: lots of veggies + oats + tuna
Afternoon tea : 1 piece of toast
晚餐: broccoli + 2 apples + lots mussel
運動: 1 hr workout
喝水量: 1500 cc
今天的心情: ok
Finally, it's weekend!! I want to lose fat !!
