第幾天了\(‵▽′)>: 24
早餐: oat bar + cheese + whole meal bun + hazelnut coffee
午餐: lots of green veggies + tuna + chicken breast + oats
Afternoon tea: banana
晚餐: few chips + 1 banana + 1 apple + mix seafood ( 500g )
運動: 1 hr workout + 15 sauna
喝水量: 1500 cc up
今天的心情: ok ! Finally it's Friday !!
