在做一個跟網路行銷有關的翻譯，牽涉到一些遊戲、一些我平常不太碰觸的領域
想問幾個名詞

我google查過說是「有獎銷售」。（是說這樣就沒有把Premium翻出來了-雖然我看得懂）
不過當中也有要我把Premium跟Offer(s)各翻譯一次
當中還有像是

之類的句子，我查網路第一個offer有人說是「報價」或「出價」
第二個比較簡單，看句子我也知道意思，說是「本日特賣」或「本日優惠」
可是我需要一個比較統一的名詞，因為客戶是不懂中文的外國人（離題了......）
此外還要問一個詞是像

想請問這裏的ticket可能是指什麼？
這個ticket可能跟網路客服有關，可是我不知道該怎麼翻譯比較恰當
底下還有很多類似的句子像是

可是同時間又出現了一個像是support ticket的詞，像是

不知道這兩個ticket所指是否為同個意思？又中文該怎麼解釋？
