本規定自2015年7月1日施行，以產品產製日期為準。
The effective date of the regulation is on 1st July, 2015.
It's subject to product production date.
拜託強人幫我看一下，我這樣翻正確嗎?

我相信原po想說的是「在實施日期後生產的產品才受約束」所以這個「以產製日期為準」的中文其實已經錯了 (ˊ_>ˋ)only the product produced after this date is subjectedto the new regulation.

如果是像W大說的,那就寫The regulation takes effecton..., and shall apply to products produced aftersuch date.
