如果是我，我會這樣寫：

先說為何用reestablish: to return something to an earlier good condition or pos
ition. (將某事物恢復到先前好的狀態）
當然一定有更好的詞，也歡迎各位賢達討論。

來看看tight : (held closely or kept together )firmly or closely. 這邊我個人認
為比較偏「物理狀態」的「緊」

當然也有「關係融洽」的用法，不過相對而言非正式。
例如： The two of them were pretty tight at school. (他倆過往唸書時關係甚佳；
緊密）
因此 我個人比較不會用 tight relationship 來形容
