前天傍晚看到新聞在報台積電的英文法說會，聽到執行長劉德音用英文報告的片段，
聽一下覺得他報告得好有條理啊～
短短幾句話就把重點全部交代清楚，不愧是有很多報告經驗的老闆XD
這段報告架構很適合模仿起來，用的單字也不難
底下就來分享一下~
這段報告是執行長劉德音要在法說會解釋台積電在美國亞利桑那州晶圓廠的建廠狀況
用的報告架構是:
1 先描述目前狀況
2 接著描述遇到的挑戰
3 接著說目前嘗試的解法
4 最後講預期達成的目標
對應到的模板句型是：
1 We're now ___
我們現在狀況是 ____
2 However, we are encountering certain challenges as ___,
但是我們現在遇到幾個挑戰就是 ___
3 We're working on to ___
我們目前正在嘗試____
4 We expected ___.
我們預期____
最後把細部內容填進去模板架構：　
1 先描述目前狀況
★ We're now entering a critical phase of handling and installing the most
advanced and dedicated equipment (in our fab in Arizona)
我們現在狀況是在美國的晶圓廠進入一個需要安裝精密設備的關鍵階段
2 接著描述遇到的挑戰
★ However, we are encountering certain challenges as there is
insufficient amount of skilled workers with the specialized expertise
required for equipment installation
但是我們現在遇到幾個挑戰就是我們沒有足夠的具備專業知識的員工
3 接著說目前嘗試的解法
★ We're working on to improve the situation, including sending
experienced technicians from Taiwan to train the local skilled workers.
我們目前正在嘗試改善這個狀況, 包含從台灣送過去有經驗的員工去訓練當地員工
4 最後講預期達成的目標
★ We expected the production schedule of N4 process technology to be
pushed out to 2025.
我們預期N4製程的生產流程會到2025年推出
