On early Wednesday morning our team became aware that a number of unregistered
persons were staying with two registered guests who checked in the hotel on 2
4 June.
星期三早晨，本飯店團隊察覺有數名未登記住宿人士同宿在兩名登記六月24號住宿的人士
房間內。
In addition, fire, health and safety regulations stipulate the total number of
guests permitted to stay in each room, which was exceeded in this case. Accor
ding to law in Taiwan, each person staying in the hotel must present identific
ation and complete registration formalities.
依據台灣當地法律,每一位登記住宿的客人需於入住時出示相關證明文件及填妥住房登記
卡，此外依據消防、安全法規，按前述案件該組房客入住人數已超過飯店每房所允許人數
。
Hotel staff repeatedly advised the unregistered persons of these requirements
and asked that they present identification or leave the hotel.
飯店員工多次向這些未登記住宿者提出上述要求並建議未登記住宿者需出示證明文件或離
開飯店。
When they continually refused to comply, the hotel involved and seven persons
in the room left the hotel.
當他們持續拒絕遵守規定，飯店介入後，房內七人離開飯店。
The hotel takes the health and well-being of our guests and employees very ser
iously and has put in place processes and procedures to ensure the safety and
security of all.
飯店非常重視客戶和員工的人身安全及權益，且必須落實所有程序以確保整體安全性及防
護措施。
We do have an obligation to respect local laws and regulations in the communit
y where we operate.
在我們經營所在地，我們確實有責任必須尊重台灣當地的法律和法規。
