Why can't I compare home pricing of Taipei to Seattle.
They're both metropolitan cities.
The need of housing are the same.
As of right now, there's a lot of job opening in Seattle, many people
come here to work and need to either rent or buy their home.
I'm paying huge rent here while the home pricing are almost the same
in Taipei. With the money I make here, it's not that hard to buy a
decent home. And it's just not possible in Taipei.
I don't think this is fair, I think that home prices in Taipei
are more then it's worth. When I was a kid, our home in Daan Dist. worth
around 12M, 20 years later, it now worth 40M. But the rents are barely
changed.
Taipei home pricing is doomed to be another huge bubble burst into nothing
just like Tokyo did in 90's.

I agree with u. Seattle's a compact city,but Taipei isnt.People in Taiwan deem urban sprawl as progressive, good.

別忘了每年20萬的稅，房租收入也要繳稅，IRS不是吃素的

台北房價或許像你所說的被高估 但這就是市場供需就是有人買 他才有那個價 遠房親戚才剛在天母買一億的房 一億在美國或許都可以比佛利了但台北的現況是 外縣市年輕人都愛來住房價根本降不下來同樣是美國的大都市

我家台北三間房，但我根本不想台北房價繼續漲，最好折半

你不想 你問問妳爸媽想不想 = =我鄉下都是大都市 但台北市的生活機能一定比西雅圖好你西雅圖有辦法五分鐘內距離搞定生活所需?我遠房親戚 就是幾十年買一堆台北房當投資現在才有本事在天母買一億房上面打錯 我相信都是大都市
