●修正提出異議和無效的商標使用證明的時點 (changes to proof of use periods in
opposition and invalidation periods)
●除非當事人共同擁有相關的在先權利，否則在提出異議(或無效)時需個別提出。
(separate oppositions will now be required to jointly oppose (or invalidate)
a trade mark based on earlier rights, unless the parties jointly own these)
