我有僵直性脊椎炎，每天都要服用萬克適（Arcoxia），查了網路資料都說NSAID和肌酸同時
服用有可能會傷腎，不知道我現在服用的藥物和肌酸是否會傷腎？

小弟藥師， 肌酸就真的跟NSAID會有交互作用，官方回答會告訴病人不要增加腎臟負擔。 但如果是自己，定期有在回診驗CrCl跟其他腎功能指數，會斟酌XD
