Qualifications:

2. Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components.
3. Good English communication ability.
4. Ability to troubleshoot client hardware and software issues in person,
remotely and via phone.
5. Be able to figure out system and network problems, diagnosing and
solving hardware or software faults.
6. Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
7. Relevant IT certifications will be an advantage.
