Q: I'm playing as the Timiruds and I've noticed that sometimes, in wars, I get an event to gain a province that I've succesfully sieged.I can't find this event and it's conditions in the event list - what are the conditions for this event to happen?

A: The following conditions must be met.
1. The province owner must have 15+ WE and not be in control of the province.
2. The occupier must have less than 5WE.

4. The province must have at least 1000 men in the garrison, must not be under siege, and must not be its owner's capital.
