最近收到一家外商的offer letter
職位是業務人員
但我不曉得要怎麼回會比較適合...
我回信只要用回覆就好 還是再用一封新的發給HR呢?
主旨要怎麼下比較好?
我在網路上看到可以這樣回:
Dear XX(HR),
Thank you for your letter of your kind offer of the post of appointment.
I am pleased to accept the offer on the terms stated in your letter and to
confirm that I can take up my duties on XX(日期)。

覺得回覆就好 如果怕信不知道怎麼寫 可以去圖書館借英文書信 意思有到就好 恭喜錄取

直接回覆就好，其實樓上的回答應該就可以了。你找的好像有一點累贅，要在正式一點建議發到英文版去。
