This company is seeking to build and strengthen the engineering team in Taiwan by identifying talented Software Architect to join the Taiwan branch.
The ideal candidate will possess skills that:
· Make them a subject matter expert in systems, product development, infrastructure, automation, and security architecture.
· Support in scoping, define and design solution offerings; drive end-to-end technical solutions with business consideration.
· Introduce structure, guidelines, principles and leadership to the technical aspects of all development in Company’s Taiwan engineering projects.
· He/She will advise the engineering team on how to translate Company's infrastructure and business requirements into executable technology solutions.
Requirement:
· At least 3 years of work experience with full stack development using Ruby on Rails
· Experience in SDLC and Agile projects
· Expertise in problem solving and analyzing distributed systems and critical production service environments
· Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with people from a variety of technical backgrounds
· Experience with Devops tools, processes and culture
· Good in English communication
Salary: 1.6-2M per year, depending on the related experience
