Some Free Exercise cases have been successful even under the
rational basis test. In one case, a federal court (in a decision
authored by Judge, now Supreme Court Justice, Samuel Alito) held
that a state statute violated the Free Exercise Clause because it
granted great rights to zoos keep bears than it did to an Indian
who wanted to possess a bear for religious reasons. The court
found no rational reason to allow zoos, but not religious
adherents, to keep bears.

Q1. 按照這段落文意，great rights ...than 原本想翻成“優於..”
但最後一段文意又似乎在講僅允許動物園，所以就翻成我譯文那樣，
不知道是否正確
Q2. 這書是在講Indians的權利，所以我一直在思考是要翻成“印第(地)安人”，
還是“美國（洲）原住民”才比較適合呢？
