先前持有H1b (valid till 2017/07/31)，
2015/12/1在美國離職後因為旅行計畫，還有為了未來再度回美就業的考量，
所以乖乖花錢買時間送出I-539，將H1b轉為B1/B2，
表上Effective Date填為2015/12/02，也於12/03順利收到I-797C，
旅行計畫於2015/12/29終止，離境美國，
以為I-539會自動撤銷，不需理會
意外的在2016/03/26收到USCIS Notice of Decision信件，
內文大致如下：
A change of status may not be approved for an alien who failed to maintain
the previously accorded status or whose status expired before the application
or petition was filed.
Department of Homeland Security records show that you departed the United
States on December 29, 2015, thereby failing to maintain your previously
accorded nonimmigrant status and abandoning your application to change your
status.
Accordingly, your application is denied.
我5月底有至美國旅行兩週的計畫，目前打算申請ESTA免簽入境，
請問板友們，上述的denied decision是否在ESTA申請表格內需勾選曾經申請簽證被拒？
假若如果ESTA申請成功，我在美國海關入境時是否有可能被刁難？
另請問這會影響到我未來的任何美簽或永久居留權的申請嗎？
