還是有些疑惑，麻煩板上各位幫忙解惑下列兩個問題，

(1) 學校的H1B request form上面的選項是給：
□Consular Notification
(employee is currently abroad)
□Change of Status
(employee is in the U.S. in a different non-immigrant status)
雖然我目前持有OPT在美國境內，
但因為我打算六月中回台灣CN，
我還是可以選CN沒錯吧？
(2) 另外，表格中還有一個問題是
Are you currently abroad and/or do you anticipate being abroad
when the petition is pending? □ Yes □ No
If yes, provide dates and location of trip:
以我的狀況，我會走premium process，
也不打算在approve以前離境，
所以我應該要勾選No嗎？
