事實上要說日文本文和英文有巨大差異或是野村故意不傳達赫爾四原則基本上那已經只
是為松岡的奇異行為來做解釋的說法，首先赫爾四原則基本上與1941年美日諒解案其實
並沒有衡突，而美方事實上也是表達願意大部份接受此案，當然兩方都保留修改的權利。
(這種條例自然不可能會有一方全盤接受另一方可以修改之談法)
重點是這個基礎是否已經有達到大幅度改善原本美日關係的可能！
當然日海陸軍與近衛提出的接受當然不可能是馬上接納，而是讚成在這個基礎上談到好
。至於能多好，自然只是能解決中國事件為優先。
要知道羅斯福可以在大西洋憲章後進行雅爾達密約，威爾遜十四條在一戰後也只當成
口號。就知道赫爾四條件是個大的題材和包裝，但怎麼解釋它是要看事際上簽訂的內容
的。
而事實上，野村也不可能獨斷專行，故意矇騙大本營，他還有岩畔豪雄在一旁看著，
另外近衛還有井川忠雄這個管道來確認雙方的進度。
松岡反對的根本原因並非什麼英文與日文原意差太多之說法，事實上野村英文也不可能比
松岡弱多少，而駐美大使館的人員更不可能是英文白痴。
只能說其中故事，非常巧妙，要看松岡的回覆才是重點。
