一直到上個禮拜他才在粉專分享自己今年二月被送進ICU,發現自己一直以來都有糖尿病,不
僅血糖與膽固醇超標,也有胰臟炎的症狀,還活著幾乎是個奇蹟。

在治療後他積極開始飲食控制,也每天重訓,才變成現在健康許多的身形。細節貼在下面給

After leaving the hospital, I started managing my diet and taking medication, al
ong with exercising.
Each day, I eat two meals: one at 10 AM and another at 4 PM.
I switched from white rice to riceberry rice. The dishes I eat are mostly homema
de or sometimes purchased, but I focus on clean eating. When cooking, I substitu
te regular sugar with erythritol when I want some sweetness. I rarely eat fried
food, but if I really crave it, I use olive oil for frying. As for sweet drinks,
sodas, and desserts, I avoid them now, haha. If I do indulge, I only have a tin
y portion to satisfy the craving. When I want soda, I opt for no-sugar versions.
I’ve also reduced my rice portions. I used to eat a lot! My mother-in-law cook
s so well, I used to eat three plates in one meal and had many meals a day! Haha
.
I also started cycling at the Sky Lane, doing one lap per day. Recently, it’s b
een raining, so I cycle at home for about 40 minutes instead. Sometimes, I walk
on the treadmill.
I also do weight training for 30 minutes a day, using dumbbells and following va
rious YouTube workout videos.
I’ve been doing this consistently, and the weight just started to drop.
Before this, I had a lot of health issues: psoriasis, penile stricture, asthma,
and peripheral neuropathy.
It was really tough.
But believe it or not, as the weight came off, almost all of these problems just
disappeared! I was so surprised! Haha.
Going forward, I’m definitely going to be more mindful of my eating habits.
