早餐: 2 whole meal toast+ 1 raisin toast + cheese + hazelnut coffee
午餐: broccoli + chicken breast + green round bean + rice
晚餐: 1 apple + 2 kiwifruits + oats + 10 mussels
運動: 1 hr + 15 mins sauna
喝水量: 2000 up
