早餐: sandwich + long black
午餐: lots of veggies + oats
Afternoon tea: banana + long black
晚餐: lots of veggies + Apple + 2 kiwifruits
運動: 1.5 hr + 15 sauna
喝水量: 2000 up
今天的心情:ok
