這段話是指el-Sisi因為是出自軍方，所不是從顯赫的財富階級體系出生的人嗎？
另外是為什麼，in a remarkable reversal of fortune跟the man中間沒有逗號？
讀起來有點不順。

這段跟上面我第二個問題一樣，為什麼在to establish stability後面沒有逗號呢？
為了建立穩定，埃及下任總統必須要真正改善經濟（翻得不好…以下略）

大部份歸因於…的意思嗎？
