Neither the Seller nor the Buyer shall be liable to the other deemed to be in breach of the Contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the Goods or the Services, if the delay or failure was beyond that party's reasonable contemplation and control. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the following shall be regarded as causes beyond either party's reasonable contemplation and control.
