2017-07-11 18:33:00這裡的 than 是準關係代名詞，類似的還有 as 和 but後面可想成前面這的個狀況會 potentially starving thesystem of power, 有點像分詞構句，或許寫成 than isavailable, which potentially starves the system of power可較好理解 (個人看法)
