拆解起來是

但這格有可能放why嗎？
如果拆解
She didn't know (the reason). 與
she had to work with such a tough person for (the reason).
不曉得我以上的觀念是不是有想錯的地方？

放why的話後面的子句會變成一個名詞子句 但situation後面應該是要接形容詞子句
