為什麼是
Something is of paramount importance.
而不是就
Something is paramount importance.
還是其實都可以
我看到的類似的還有
This novel is of inordinate length.
想知道為什麼要加of 是固定用法嗎？還是其實也可不加？
那還有其他類似的用法可以參考嗎？

of+抽象名詞=該抽象名詞所對應的形容詞,固定用法a man of honest=an honest manSomething is paramount importance 這句子我就不講了狗屁不通.....oh 我修正一下,是a man of honesty=an honest man

可以直接 Something is paramount 就好了
